I am currently accepting private pay. I do not bill insurance directly, however it is likely you can submit your proof of payment to your insurance provider as an out-of-network appointment for reimbursement. I do recommend confirming with your insurance provider ahead of time.
For Medicare patients, I will submit as required after payment so you can be reimbursed directly for your session(s).
Please bring a list of your current medications and what they help treat. We will spend some time discussing your health a personal history. Additionally, our first appointment will involve talking about your goals and needs and how therapy and/or medications can help so we can work together to create a plan for your care.
There is parking available. I am near public transportation.
You do not need a referral to see me. As a medical doctor myself I am able to prescribe medications, if together we determine that to be the best option for your care and in meeting your goals.
Yes, please feel free to bring your emotional support animal to in person sessions. My building is very animal friendly in general.
